Mealtime Support
Nutrition & Feeding Therapy
For many families, mealtimes have become the most stressful part of the day. Power struggles over food, constant negotiations, separate meals for different family members, anxiety about nutrition — it's exhausting. Our mealtime support service works with your whole family to transform mealtimes from a battleground into a positive, connected experience.
We come to your home to observe real mealtimes in your actual environment. This lets us assess everything that affects your child's eating: their seating and posture, the sensory environment (lighting, noise, visual clutter), food presentation, mealtime routines and structure, family dynamics and communication patterns, and your child's specific triggers and comfort foods. From this observation, we build a practical plan that fits your family's real life.
